1. About this policy
This policy explains how SupplycZar handles personal information connected with this website and our facility supplies, managed maintenance and minor project enquiries. It applies to visitors, customer contacts, prospective customers and service-partner applicants. SupplycZar is a brand of Bizflair Ventures Private Limited, which operates from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Please read this policy before submitting information. Our Terms of Use govern website access, and our Cookie Notice explains cookies and related technologies. A separately agreed contract may contain additional confidentiality and data-handling terms for a specific engagement.
2. Information you provide
Contact and enquiry information may include your name, email address, telephone number, company, role, preferred contact method, message, requested products or services, specifications, quantities, site address and delivery or access requirements.
Partner applications may include company registration details, GST and PAN details, contact information, service capabilities, operating locations, workforce and equipment information, references, licences, insurance, compliance declarations and commercial terms. Where uploads are available, we also receive the documents, images and other files you attach.
Only provide information relevant to your request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal identity documents. Before sharing a colleague’s, customer’s or reference contact’s information, make sure you are authorised to do so and that they know why it is being shared.
3. Website and enquiry context
When you submit an enquiry, we may record the source page, landing-page path, referring page and campaign parameters included in the link you followed. This helps us understand the origin and context of your request. Our website infrastructure may also generate technical logs used to operate the site and investigate errors or abuse.
An essential session cookie is used for authorised administrator sign-in. The current public website does not integrate advertising cookies or Google Analytics. See the Cookie Notice for further detail.
4. Why we use information
We use submitted information to respond to requests, clarify requirements, assess service coverage, arrange discussions or site surveys, prepare quotations and coordinate agreed supplies or work. We also use it to assess partner applications, verify relevant credentials, keep enquiry and transaction records, handle support requests and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
An enquiry may lead to a confirmation and follow-up messages about that request. Submitting a contact form is not, by itself, consent to unrelated promotional communications. Where we request consent for an additional purpose, that choice is separate from the information needed to handle your enquiry.
5. Who may receive information
Relevant information is available to personnel handling enquiries, procurement, partner review, delivery and support. Information needed to fulfil an agreed requirement may be shared with suppliers, logistics providers or specialist service partners, such as site contacts, delivery details or the scope of work.
Technology providers support hosting, data storage and email delivery. Our contact-email integration uses Brevo to send acknowledgements and internal enquiry notifications; these messages may contain the contact details and enquiry content needed for the communication. Provider processing locations may differ from your own location.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or a valid legal process, or where necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. This policy does not authorise public use of your name, logo, testimonial or project photographs as marketing material.
6. Storage, retention and security
Enquiries and partner applications are recorded in our business database. Uploaded documents are stored separately from public website assets, and enquiry-related information may also be present in email correspondence. Access to administrative records requires authentication.
How long information needs to be retained depends on the purpose of the enquiry, any resulting commercial relationship, applicable tax or accounting requirements, and unresolved disputes or legal obligations. A deletion request may therefore apply differently to an unsuccessful enquiry and to records of a completed transaction.
No website, email service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. If you believe information sent to SupplycZar has been misused or accessed without authorisation, contact us promptly so the concern can be investigated.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask about the personal information you have shared with us, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise a concern about its use. Where processing depends on your consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out, and may affect our ability to continue a request that needs the information.
Send requests to info@supplyczar.com with the subject ‘Privacy request’ and, if available, your enquiry or application reference. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or authority before providing records or making changes. We will explain any applicable retention requirement or other reason that limits what we can do. Your rights and available remedies under applicable Indian law are not restricted by this policy.
8. Children, external websites and updates
This website is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
External websites have their own privacy practices. This policy does not cover information you provide after following an external link. We may update this policy when the website or our practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
