1. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information that a website asks your browser to store and send back on later requests. They can support functions such as keeping an authorised user signed in. A cookie may expire after a set period or be removed when you clear website data.
This notice describes the cookies and related technologies implemented by the current SupplycZar website, operated by Bizflair Ventures Private Limited. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. Essential administrator session cookie
Cookie name: scz_admin_session. Provider: SupplycZar (first party). Purpose: to maintain an authenticated session for authorised users of the administration area. Duration: up to 12 hours after sign-in; signing out removes it from the browser.
The cookie contains a signed session token used to identify the authorised administrator and their role. It is configured as HttpOnly so page scripts cannot read it, uses SameSite=Lax, and is marked Secure in production so the browser sends it over HTTPS. It is set following administrator sign-in, rather than for ordinary public-page browsing.
3. Analytics, advertising and browser storage
The current website does not integrate Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. It also does not use localStorage or sessionStorage to persist public enquiry form entries. We will update this notice if optional tracking or persistent browser storage is introduced, and provide choices where required by applicable law.
A link to an external website, including the GullySales credit in the footer, does not by itself install that website’s cookies. If you follow the link, the destination may use cookies under its own notice and controls.
4. Enquiry attribution is separate from cookies
When you submit a contact or enquiry form, the website may include the page path, referring page and campaign parameters from the URL with your submission. This information is used to understand the origin of the enquiry and is stored with the enquiry record; it does not require an analytics cookie.
The website infrastructure may also create technical logs to help operate and troubleshoot the service. Clearing browser cookies does not delete a submitted enquiry, email correspondence or server records. See the Privacy Policy for information about requests concerning those records.
5. Managing cookies
You can review, block or delete cookies using your browser’s privacy or site-data settings. The exact controls differ by browser. Blocking or deleting the administrator session cookie will prevent an administrator from staying signed in; public catalogue pages do not require that session.
Cookie settings generally apply to a particular browser or device. You may need to update them separately on other devices. Deleting cookies is different from withdrawing permission for a separate communication or asking us to delete business records.
6. Questions and updates
For questions about this notice or an unexpected cookie associated with the website, contact info@supplyczar.com. Where possible, include the cookie name, browser and page involved, but do not send session-token values or passwords.
We may revise this notice when website features or providers change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
